My speech supporting the need for reform of Joint Enterprise law, in which guilt by association literally becomes a dystopian nightmare in criminal justice. Yes, it is supposedly aimed at gangs - but if kids hang around with particular people (even if some are violent/thuggish) should the bystanders/mates be punished as though they wielded the knife? This is a dangerous precedent IMO - but tricky.
