Translation: “Guys, how do we fight against rate cutting? Do we call the broker? Fight with the carrier? Send them to hell? Send some life hacks”. Sadly this whole act of modifying rate cons and sending the modified version with the wrong rate to the driver is happening more often than it should. I am glad to see there is a program that tells you if it was modified, however I am wondering if it also sometimes miss-classifies for tampering when you just sign and date the RC. There has to be a better way to prevent this crap from happening, and I have a few questions for freight brokers. 1. Can you cc the owner op when sending the RC if the carrier requests it, or is it not allowed? 2. Do you give the agreed upon rate to the owner operator if they call you to double check?

If you don't follow @CierraReporter in Indy of @NBCNews @WTHRcom, you're missing out. She is also working on the Chameleon Carrier issue on the Journalism side, and she dropped a good report last night on the Indiana Sam Express AJ Partners crash. I'm on with @TrucksafeLLC and I appreciate her work and her time. Anything I can be in the same video report on with my friend Steve Bryan, or Bluewire, I'm taking advantage of. @GenLogs is also covered here, in all its glory, as I showcase photos of how many shippers and brokers were still shipping with Sam Express and AJ Partners even after the crash. wthr.com/article/news/i…
