just signed a bootstrapped saas founder with basically zero presence on linkedin. here's how we're going to take him from 0 -> inbound/outbound machine runs in 5 steps: (software founders, bookmark this) 1. the founder interview this comes FIRST before we write a single post. the whole game is trust, and people buy from founders they actually believe in. you can't fake that with a prompt. so we get him on a call and pull out the real material (his actual story, the stuff breaking inside the company that week). that transcript becomes everything else. 2. the content engine. We run 6 posts a week across 4 buckets: - story: where he came from and why anyone should trust him. - case studies: recent customer wins, walked through start to finish. - future-pacing: something shifts in his market and he gives his honest read on it before anyone else bothers to. - contrarian: the stuff he actually believes that makes people stop scrolling. 3. going broad early. at zero followers you get way more out of broad posts than tight targeting. so we lead with origin-story and transformation content, the top-of-funnel stuff the algorithm happily pushes outside his network. once traction kicks in, we funnel down to case studies and contrarian takes aimed straight at the ICP. 4. reading the signals. every time someone in his ICP so much as views one of his posts, we get a ping. that ping tells us exactly who's worth talking to next. 5. is handing the DMs to a real human. when a qualified person engages, someone (not an AI tool, those messages are genuinely horrendous) reads their profile and starts an actual conversation. the content is what makes that DM land. they click into the profile and scan a feed full of posts and proof. then they decide you're worth replying to. that's why founder-led always beats a faceless VP account. -- after that you just repeat. and this WORKS. i helped another b2b founder: - add 9k+ followers to his socials - close 6+ figs in revenue from LinkedIn - and helped turn him into one of "the guys"in the b2b ads space ALL in just 9 months hammering the same buckets. honestly, most founders are sitting on a goldmine and posting nothing. PS i just put every single guide and swipe file i've ever shared for linkedin growth + lead gen... all in one folder. inside: → The $100K LinkedIn OS → The LinkedIn Content OS → The B2B LinkedIn Authority Playbook → The $1M LinkedIn DM Infrastructure → The LinkedIn Comment-to-Call Funnel → The 7-Step LinkedIn Call Funnel → The Viral LinkedIn Post Blueprint → The High-Revenue LinkedIn Hook Swipe File → Aidan's AI Content Writing System → The Viral Lead Magnet Packaging Kit → The $100 Lead Magnet Launch Kit → The 27-Calls-in-48-Hours Thank-You Page → The Viral Trend Intelligence Scanner → The 2026 LinkedIn Lead Gen Playbook (plus a WHOLE lot more...) it's 30+ resources in total. all the stuff i actually use to book calls and ship content every week for my agency clients. want it? 1. connect with me 2. comment 'STACK' below and i'll send the whole thing over.

Thanks for the reply. In our case our public repo is a series of prediction tests. By itself it’s interesting but only has no direct value until the outputs are incorporated into our product suite. In that context over time they become very valuable. Look forward to seeing how this develops. 😀

There are two gates for this, the initial discovery is on a Github org level for multi-repo subnets. Secondly, as with anything, some things will be contextual. This is where the team seven day right-of-reply comes in. We're prepared to work with each team during review while staying unbiased and neutral.

claude fable 5 now watches every city for new pool permits. the law makes every one of those owners buy a fence. so it mails them their finished backyard before the pool is even filled. this demo is real: the satellite still shows their old ring pool, the permit already replaces it with an in-ground build and claude caught it days after filing. here's the system you can sell to contractors: - monitors the city's pool permits in real time (free public data) - pulls the satellite photo of every permitted address - vision-checks the yard, rejects the bad leads - renders that backyard 3 ways: fence, rebuilt yard, night swim - prints the law on a postcard: "your pool can't pass inspection without a 48in barrier" - mails it to the owner with a QR per trade fence company, landscaper, lighting contractor, three retainers from one system and new permits drop every week. reply "POOL" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)

i've been using Claude Opus 4.8 + Google Ads MCP to find the winning ad angles hiding inside our clients' accounts... and results have been absolutely CRACKED so i've decided to document the ENTIRE system... covering the exact setup + the 6 prompts we run to surface the headlines and search intent already converting in your account, plus the competitor angles you've been ignoring, all of it invisible in the dashboard right now here's what's included inside the guide: > top performer hook extraction (pulls headline-level RSA data and groups by angle. found a supplement client's symptom-led headlines converting 3.2x the product-claim ones (buried in RSAs, nobody saw them) > search term intent gap (finds the gap between what people search and what your ads say. an Australian health brand had "magnesium for leg cramps at night" hitting sleep ads. rewrote to match intent, CPA dropped 34%) > competitor angle study (reverse-engineers competitor ads through the transparency center. surfaced a "no bloating" angle 3 competitors had validated and the client ignored. became the top headline in the account in 2 weeks) > landing page message match audit (scores ad-to-page alignment and fixes quality score. a home goods client's "office chair for back pain" ads pointed at a generic page. built a dedicated page, quality score went 4 to 7, CPC dropped 28%) > negative keyword intelligence sweep (finds wasted spend and converting terms you're not bidding on. on a $94k/month brand, found $4.2k/month in waste plus 12 converting search terms missing from the keyword list. ROAS up 0.4x in one week) > seasonal & trend angle detector (looks forward instead of back. seasonal spikes, emerging demand, expansion regions, ranked by revenue impact) all backed by everything i learned generating $13M+ in the past 6 months at my Google Ads agency and for 24h, it can be ALL yours for free like + comment "MCP" and i'll send it over (must be following + RT for priority access)

I cracked the code on AI claymation ads 🤯 Claymation is quietly crushing on Meta right now, almost nobody is running them, and everyone assumes you need an animation studio and a $5k budget to make one. You don't. You need the right workflow. So I built the entire 8-step system to make claymation ads in Claude. Images, video, voiceover, music, captions, all generated with AI. All inside Claude. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want creative that stops the scroll instead of blending in with every other UGC talking head and static in the feed. If you're watching claymation ads print and assuming they're out of reach because of studio costs and 3-week turnarounds... The clay villain reveal alone is the kind of pattern break that kills the scroll dead. And this workflow lets you make one before your coffee gets cold: → Claude writes the 9-shot storyboard on a proven arc → Claude writes the script and voiceover → Nano Banana Pro generates every frame → Kling 3.0 animates the scenes into video → Gemini rewrites the voiceover to match the footage → ElevenLabs generates the voice → Suno generates the background music → CapCut stitches everything into the final ad No freelancers. No booked studios. No looking like every other ad in the feed. What you get: → Every prompt I used across all 8 steps → The exact tool stack and the order to run them in → A workflow that covers claymation, Pixar, anime, Wes Anderson, retro cartoon, and CGI → One system that works for paid Meta AND organic TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Built across Claude, Nano Banana Pro, Kling 3.0, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Suno, and CapCut. I put together the full prompt pack so you can build your own animated ads from scratch. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLAY" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

DSV didn’t even tell me that they had done this 😂. Our product is already making money and that’s before the bittensor turbo hits
DSV@dsvfund

Delighted to share that DSV took an OTC position in @adtao_ppcrebel (SN21) ahead of Proof of Talk. We got in early because we know where this business is heading. Combining the power of Bittensor with the size of the Google Ads market. AdTAO is real advertising intelligence built on Bittensor, led by an operator with 13 years in the game who has built and sold multiple ad businesses. That’s why we wanted to lock in exposure for DSV investors. Today the team announced their first buyback. They've already got fiat revenue and they are using some of it to back their own subnet alpha. Proud to back AdTAO.

Nice one Rob! SN21 @adtao_ppcrebel has done it's first buyback 3 weeks after mainnet. Only 5 TAO, but I've seen the revenue pipeline and know there's more to come! Only tidbit, it's really worth doing the buy backs and storing it in a Treasury. Hell, convict it up if you want. All the alpha you'll be buying back over time will grow into a CONSIDERABLE treasury over a couple of years. Especially with the 45% ish APY you have on your alpha... Rough rule of thumb is that whatever alpha you have, over a 3 year period, the amount of alpha you have will 3x... This will give you great optionality in the future. You could use that treasury as alpha collateral for stable coin loans, it beefs up the balance sheet of the subnet and top co and more.
AdTAO@adtao_ppcrebel

Hey everyone -we're a day late here as I had some tech issue yesterday but I can confirm that we after less than 3 weeks on mainnet we have completed our first buyback. $1k, 5TAO approx ha been bought and burned. taostats.io/extrinsic/8348…

Your PMAX campaign is a black box until you open one report. Channel performance breakdown. It shows you exactly where your revenue is coming from. Search. Shopping. YouTube. Display. It also shows whether sales are coming from your product feed or from the image and video assets you uploaded. 🔠 If it's feed-driven, your job is feeding the system better product data. 🌆 If it's asset-driven, your job is better creative. Same campaign. Two completely different to-do lists. Worth checking before you touch a single bid.

A short summary of Sn21 Adtao first epoch on mainnet. Already delivered a real result users can benefit from in our product
AdTAO@adtao_ppcrebel

SN21 EPOCH W21 Initial Recap: Yesterday saw our first epoch on mainnet complete.  Some things worked well.  Others not so well.  Here’s our initial assessment: Worked well - 16 miners submitted scores successfully - 3 miners achieved an elite status result - that’s a real tangible deliverable - Everything verifiable on chain - Leaderboard live adtao.io/sn21/leaderboa… so status can be verified easily Issues - Leaderboard had to be significantly updated on validation close to be more useful. This slowed down miners from getting results if they were unfamiliar with checking on chain - 10 miners did not register (instructions in readme) and did not receive a score - Some validators did not switch weights correctly so even though we set a 75% burn rate, miner emissions were much lower than expected - this is despite us working with validators to get them to weight properly (note - we cannot control validators). Actions - We’re improving our submission error messaging today so that if you haven’t registered but try to submit, you get a clear error message so you know to register and resubmit - We’re continuing to push validators to correct their weights.  We have Tensora supporting us in this action.  We’ll keep pushing - but we don’t have control - We’re going to run another BID_STRATEGY epoch next week W23, so that all miners who did work that wasn’t scored can resubmit.  Providing validators make the required changes everyone will receive their proper, ranked reward for W23.  It will use a new datasest for fairness but robust solutions can be resubmitted unaltered.  Clearly, we can’t guarantee ranking but this seems a fair way to allow everyone to get their existing work scored and rewarded.

Please stop being exit liquidity for subnet owners who haven't done anything. I count only 1 of these subnets that has a usable product and an excuse to not be working on their subnet repo, and its price is extraordinarily low relatively. Which means many of u are exit liq
