🚨 An AI agent just turned $10,000 into $17,071 in 48 hours 📈. Live. On-chain. Against other agents. In a Bittensor $TAO subnet arena @AstridIntel SN127 Look at this chart. Look at Plankton. +70.71% in two days. Two short positions one on ETH at $2,338, one on BTC at $74,512. That is it. A simple strategy executed with conviction by an autonomous agent. While 14 other agents clustered around breakeven, one machine read the market and printed $7,071 in pure profit. This is Astrid. SN127. ⚔️ The first live competitive arena where AI trading agents fight each other for real returns and earn Bittensor emissions for winning. And it is getting almost zero attention relative to what it represents. Let me explain why this is a first-of-its-kind event that the broader market has not processed. 15 AI trading agents are locked in live competition right now. Each started with $10,000 in simulated capital. They trade SOL, ETH, and BTC with up to 10x leverage. Competitions last roughly one week. Top three earn SN127 alpha. The leaderboard, the P&L, the trades all visible in real time at arena.astrid.global. The Agents: ▫️Plankton is running a "paraclaw-miner" 0% win rate technically (0 buys, 2 sells) but +70.71% return. It only shorts. And it is destroying the field. ▫️Nova_Foundation is at $10,055 with a 43% win rate across 52 trades. ▫️Tao_Trade_Agent at $10,041 with 83% win rate on 27 trades. Arena aggregator at $10,051. ▫️Banana gun at $10,016. Most agents are profitable. The competition is real. But here is the part that should make you stop and take a MINUTE ⏰️ These agents autonomously onboard themselves onto Bittensor. They read a skill file. They create a wallet. Generate an arena profile. Register on the subnet as a native miner. Receive a UID. And begin competing. No human fills out a form. No human creates an account. The agent does all of it because someone gave it a URL. This is the first time in history that AI agents are autonomously registering as economic participants on a decentralized network and competing against each other for financial returns. Read that again. This is not a simulation. This is not a hackathon demo. This is live autonomous agent competition with a leaderboard, emissions, and real trading strategies evolving in real time. Early? Yes. Needed? Hell yes. Now more than ever. And @leomercier @SiamKidd is building social trading features next where agents learn from each other. They learn through observational + evolutionary intelligence on a fully public, on-chain leaderboard 🧠 The collective intelligence becomes packaged alpha. The arena does not just find the best agent. It makes every agent better through competitive exposure. Now seriously Zoom out, folks. Every major subnet I’ve covered Chutes (inference), Numinous (predictions), MetaNova (drug discovery), Leadpoet (sales intelligence), RESI (appraisals), Ridges (coding), Targon (confidential compute) produces the digital commodities that power the agent economy(supply side). SN127 is the demand side. ⚠️ Live autonomous agents are now competing on public leaderboards, calling these subnets in real time: pulling predictions, running encrypted inference, scraping data, verifying signals every single action consumes commodities priced in $TAO. This is the first decentralized autonomous agent trading arena. A completely new category with no name and no benchmark yet. Plankton just returned 70% in 48 hours. The market still doesn’t know how to price what it can’t categorize. This is what innovation looks like. They can only ignore this for so long. $TAO (DYOR)
Léo Mercier@leomercier

Planktons simple short strategy playing well 🦠. +64.03% $TAO Arena Updates - +15 ai trading agents locked in + miner emission table for payouts + information about how miners are paid and eligibility rules + drag and drop grid UI Working on social trading features for agents to learn off each other. This will get interesting.

Love to see this. Congratulations @officialneeve

Today I become Founding Partner of @bitstarterAI - stepping up from my role as Chief Subnet Officer to take on full co-ownership and a broader set of responsibilities across our portfolio. It hasn't even been a year since I met @macrozack. But that one conversation was enough for me to walk away from 6 years in iGaming, and start on the path to launching x4 new teams in under in 6 months. That's the power of what we're building. Bittensor is the future of AI. Betting my career on it feels like the only move that makes sense. The right risk, at the right time, with the right team⚡️

Predictive markets are only as good as the information they consume. With @numinous_ai agents now calling Vericore.ai, forecasts can be grounded in evidence-linked narratives, corroborating sources, and contradiction signals — not just raw headlines. The future of forecasting isn’t just predictive. It’s verifiable. ⚡️
Numinous@numinous_ai

Today, predictive intelligence meets verifiable intelligence. We've completed an integration with @Vericore_S70 bringing enhanced, filtrated truth to forecasting agents. 🤖⚡️ Miners can now call Vericore to receive the most relevant articles on any given topic boosting accuracy. This not only supercharges predictive power and reasoning of agents on Numinous, but lays the bedrock for the verifiable information layer for forecasters. x402 vs Handshake 🤝 People keep comparing them. But they’re not competitors. They sit at different layers of the stack Let’s use an analogy to help explain👇 x402 A payment protocol. It defines how agents make payments 💳 Think of it like traffic laws 🚦 It sets the rules machines follow when they transact. Handshake Infrastructure for agent commerce. Agents open payment channels and stream micropayments while they run workflows ⚡🤖 Think of it like the roads themselves 🛣️ x402 = the traffic laws 🚦 Handshake = the roads 🛣️ You need both. Without laws, roads don’t work. Without roads, laws don’t matter. The agent economy will need both x402 and Handshake to scale 🤝⚡

Handshake (SN58) on $TAO is capturing the OpenClaw narrative perfectly 🦞 Millions/billions of AI agents will be transacting with each other and need a trustless payments layer. Leveraging Bittensor's tech to build this, and sitting at a tiny market cap of $5M? I'll shake that hand 🤝

This could become one of the biggest Bittensor $TAO subnets 🔥 Trustless micropayments for AI agents is an inevitability, and rides the OpenClaw agent narrative perfectly. Leveraging Bittensor to do this could be a killer app 🦾 Looking forward to seeing what @handshake_58 can do here…

🚨Subnet Partnership Announcement We’re excited to announce that @TPN_Labs (Subnet 65) is now LIVE on Handshake Marketplace. AI agents can now buy their own VPN for $0.001. Why this is important…. It means AGENTS can:
 - Use the internet from different countries
 - Avoid getting blocked by websites
 - Stay private while working
 - Keep going without asking a human Open → pay → get VPN → continue. We’re building the rails that make agents: - Autonomous - Powerful - Able to run the internet themselves. And we’re just getting started ⚡️🤝

It seems that this week the entire planet had a collective “aha” moment. Everyone suddenly realized what agents can do, and I think that $TAO will benefit hugely from this “awakening”. I also think Bittensor will soon have a huge “awakening” to subnet 58, @handshake_58. I was a bit skeptical about subnet 58 until I realized that @handshake_58 will provide micropayments, something every agent requires. @handshake_58 is essentially a payments and settlement layer built for agents. The idea is simple: agents need a way to pay other agents and services in tiny amounts, instantly, and without handing over a credit card or relying on a human in the loop. With @handshake_58, an agent can fund a wallet, authorize micro transactions as it consumes services, and settle those payments in a trust minimized way. That is what turns “agents that can do things” into “agents that can run businesses”. Subnet 58 complements other subnets by acting as a coordinating layer for transactions and trust. @handshake_58 becomes essential for the Bittensor agent economy, allowing agents to operate independently by providing payment infrastructure. This creates closed loop, machine to machine commerce without human intervention. While it’s true that @handshake_58 doesn’t need to be a subnet, being a subnet provides an extra layer of security. I think that OpenClaw has the potential to finally put Bittensor on the map, and I also think @handshake_58 will have to play a crucial role if that happens. Huge congratulations to @MarkCreaser and @SiamKidd , they saw what was needed in Bittensor and acted on it. @handshake_58 is basically N of 1 in our ecosystem. Also huge congratulations to @macrozack and @officialneeve for running Bitstarter. I think they finally found the right formula, and I can only see upside from here. If you are new to our ecosystem, I would not go all in on this subnet, but I would definitely open a position, learn, and study it. This subnet has potential. If you are a bit more experienced, I have roughly 8% in it, big enough to ride it up but small enough not to hurt too much if shit goes sideways. $TAO

Getting new investors into Bittensor is one thing. But getting them fully invested is another. @SiamKidd brings more than just capital - through @dsvfund, he's supported subnets, backed new teams, and brought more investors in. All-in on Bittensor, all-out for SF this March 💯
