I started peptides (Reta) because of my fatty liver. Fatty liver is estimated to impact roughly 25-45% of adults. Less than 2% of adults with fatty liver actually know they have it. My liver on my last ultrasound was 2-4cm larger than the average liver. I’m down 30lbs on low dose Reta (at 1.5 mg now) after almost seven weeks. If you eat right on Reta, the fat burns right off. You also don’t need much of it. Next month I’ll be getting more bloodwork and another ultrasound.

BPC-157 isn't only rat studies, there's human data too, though it's early. A small retrospective case review (PMID 34324435): 16 patients with various knee pain, followed up by phone 92% of the BPC-157-only group reported improvement results lasted months, not days Small and self-reported but a signal worth watching.

Next level autism (the good kind). All joking aside, this product has been great for locking in on hobbies, filtering out noise, and also imo paired great with tesofensine. Dihexa is great. No complaints, just cognitive benefits like better recall, speaking fluidity, and I would say a bit more creativity in certain area of your life, as well as problem solving.

Common Retatrutide side effect hierarchy from my experience and reports: Nausea (worst first 3-4 weeks) Constipation Elevated RHR Fatigue Muscle loss (if you’re lazy) Manage the top 3 aggressively and the rest become minor.

@DrJesseMorse @alexaaronlab Hypothetically speaking, if one used a blend of SS-31 and Humanin, or both of them individually in a mitochondria repair stack, would that lower the recommended dosage for daily SS-31 for 28 days?

@alexaaronlab Consider SS-31 and Humanin (if you can find it) to help repair the mitochondria before you stimulate it with Motsc

@menspeptidehub I noticed that as well. Started GHK-Cu last week and RHR has lowered. Not 100% it’s the GHk-Cu, but interesting.

@biotides I'm thinking about switching from Tirz to Reta for maintenance -- I don't want to increase my Tirz dosage because it wears me out for 2 days -- and my weight is creeping up a little.

Sept 23 2023. That's when I took my first dose of retatrutide. Nearly 1000 days ago. I had no idea how much it would change my life that day. I'm now 30% lighter. My asthma & fatty liver disease are long gone. My chronic achilles tendonitis disappeared 3 months into the trial.

@biotides Don’t buy from Limitless Biotech. I made two purchases from them GHK-CU and Mots-C. The Mots-C bottle showed up empty! I reached out to them three times online and got no response. Bad!

Really, FOXO4-DRI is one of those peptides that feels like science fiction. The entire idea revolves around targeting senescent cells that accumulate with age. Whether it succeeds or not, it's a fascinating example of how differently researchers are starting to think about aging.

@crypto_incense True. I’ve lost a little muscle on Reta. But I’m cleaning up my liver and getting rid of years of inflammation. I’ve also lost a little strength. People need to identify the trade-off they are willing to accept.

If there’s one lesson I’ve learned from studying peptides, it’s that carrying less excess fat isn’t just about aesthetics. Your metabolic health influences far more than your appearance, and that’s a conversation I think more people should pay attention to. 📺: Jackson Gage

Check this out: TA-1 with RGDR limitlesslifenootropics.com/product/ta1-rg… Thymosin Alpha 1-RGDR (Tα1-RGDR) Tα1-RGDR combines the immunomodulatory properties of Thymosin Alpha 1 with tumor-targeting RGDR sequence through a flexible GGGG linker. This 36-amino acid modified peptide binds selectively to integrin αvβ3 and Neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) receptors overexpressed on tumor cells and vascular endothelium.

This is peptide biology at its most consequential. ERAP1 controls which protein fragments get trimmed into peptides and displayed on MHC-I, the immune system’s barcode scanner.
Massimo@Rainmaker1973

Scientists have discovered a promising new way to help the immune system detect and attack hidden cancer cells. A first-in-class drug called GRWD5769 (an oral ERAP1 inhibitor) has shown encouraging early results, shrinking tumors in patients with six different types of advanced cancer: lung, liver, bladder, cervical, head and neck, and colorectal. In a Phase 1/1b clinical trial (EMITT-1) involving 83 heavily pre-treated patients across multiple countries, tumors shrank in 26 participants. Of those, 15 experienced reductions of at least 30%. Many patients had already failed prior therapies, including immunotherapies. The drug works by blocking the enzyme ERAP1, which cancers often use to “edit” their surface proteins and evade immune detection. By inhibiting ERAP1, GRWD5769 alters the tumor’s antigen presentation, effectively removing the cancer’s invisibility cloak and making the cells more visible to the immune system. It was tested in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor cemiplimab (Libtayo). Particularly strong signals were seen in certain hard-to-treat cancers. For example, disease control for at least six months was achieved in 51% of colorectal cancer patients and 55% of lung cancer patients in the expansion cohorts. While these early results are promising, experts emphasize this is still an early-phase study. Larger trials are needed to confirm efficacy, durability of response, and impact on long-term survival. If successful, this approach could expand the number of patients who benefit from immunotherapy — which currently works in only about one-third of cases. [Grey Wolf Therapeutics. “EMITT-1: Clinical and pharmacodynamic activity with the oral ERAP1 inhibitor GRWD5769 and cemiplimab in 6 completed phase 1b expansion cohorts in solid tumors...” Presented at ASCO Annual Meeting, 2026]
