@helponsitego @onsitegoindia replaced my AC motor (19-day wait), then replaced the PCB — BOTH failed. Their solution? Claim "liquid damage" that appears on NONE of the earlier job cards, then quietly CLOSE my ticket without telling me. Extended warranty = extended nightmare.
