
@virginmedia broadband down again. Go in to web page and it says try back again in 22hours! Go to tele helpline and it costs a fortune. How can I get help fixing this that doesn’t take 22hours. Shocking customer service.

@OVOEnergy @YourSSE can anyone please tell me what the hell is going on! Last week the sse app showed in credit on gas and electric, today the sse app is no longer active redirected to ovo and magically now in debt by almost £140.00 is this some kind of cruel sick joke?
