Tibetan Buddhist leader Tulku Hungkar Dorje fled Chinese persecution, was detained in Vietnam in a joint operation with Chinese police, and died in custody 3 days later. A year on no accountability, no transparency, no justice. We demand an independent investigation.

Led by @Deborah_ONeill, 🇦🇺 is the first IPAC legislature to pass a motion on coordinated action agreed upon at #IPACBrussels2025.
