@DeanTTraining Agreed. Admin in charge of the gym at my work said the same stupid takes on the smith. When room had to made for new equipment he pulled it. Unforgivable.

@DeanTTraining I’ve yet to have anybody qualify (or quantify) “stabilizers” if you follow up on that stupid comment. Until there’s a compulsory pose to “flex stabilizers!”, I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing.

@DeanTTraining I haven’t used a regular bench in years and have no intention of doing so anytime soon. The fact that I can just push the weight, I can push more because of the inherent safety. Don’t have to worry about the nagging shoulder issues and having a slip that requires another surgery.
