Maybe we have to start gate-keeping some of these S-tier exercises and one that I’m most convinced is this. The internet has accepted. I see it on X, IG, YouTube and gyms But you know we have to keep putting people on because that’s what we do. Time to build some triceps guys

There is always a Long Queue in my Gym because now EVERYONE wants to do this exercise. ‘This hits the Triceps like no other’ Fine. Please let me also do it. The Internet shouldn’t have popularised this so much.

It’s almost impossible to grow your quads if you don’t: 1. Train to or close to failure 2. Use a full range of motion 3. Slow down the eccentric part 4. Apply variety of volume needs 5. Use different techniques, angles and equipments Give them no other choice than to grow.

Stop overcomplicating nutrition. If 90-95% of your diet is: - potatoes - eggs - egg whites - honey or maple syrup - salmon - greek yogurt - lean steak - lean ground beef - veggies - oysters - shrimp - rice - berries - variety of other fruit You’re basically guaranteed to be a healthy human while thoroughly enjoying what you eat.

Life got so much easier when I stopped eating for taste and started eating for function. If it tastes great and makes you feel worse after, avoid. If it tastes bitter and makes you feel incredible, go for it.
