Horrific news: Eleven (11) children and teenagers killed, some 30 injured, six of them severely by a Hezbollah rocket attack on Majdal Shams. The missile hit a soccer field where the kids were playing. The image that I have reposted is graphic and terrifying. We hope that those injured will have a speedy recovery.

IDF: During the night, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) entered Israel from the direction of the sea from the west, which we estimate was launched from Yemen, and hit a building in central Tel Aviv. It appears that this is a Simad 3 UAV, which we estimate traveled from Yemen to Tel Aviv. The Simad 3 is an Iranian weapon system that has likely been upgraded to extend its flight range. As a result of the impact, one civilian was killed, and eight civilians were lightly injured. May the memory of the victim be a blessing and may the injured have a speedy recovery.

The announcement of the prosecutor at the ICC is beyond outrageous, and shows the extent to which the international judicial system is in danger of collapsing. Taken in bad faith, this one-sided move represents a unilateral political step that emboldens terrorists around the world, and violates all the basic rules of the court according to the principle of complementarity and other legal norms. Hamas’ leaders are oppressive dictators guilty of launching mass murder, mass rape, and mass kidnappings of men, women, children and babies. Any attempt to draw parallels between these atrocious terrorists and a democratically elected government of Israel - working to fulfill its duty to defend and protect its citizens entirely in adherence to the principles of international law – is outrageous and cannot be excepted by anyone. We will not forget who started this war, and who raped, butchered, burned, brutalized, and kidnapped innocent citizens and families. We will not forget our hostages whose safe return should be the main concern of the international community. We expect all leaders in the free world to condemn outright this step and firmly reject it.

Thank you 🙏🏼 for your support @RepAnnieKuster . Fighting the genocidal Hamas terrorist group and Iranian proxies over the last six months has not been an easy task. This fully fledged attack today with hundreds of balistic missiles and drones on Israel, has shown what we have been saying all the time. Iran is the real problem in the region and they have been doing their utmost to foment instability and war in the Middle East.

It was an honor to join the Kosowsky family yesterday (April 7th) at the impressive ceremony of rebuilding and rededicating the hostage memory wall at their residence in Newton. Six months after the genocidal Hamas terrorists raided south western Israel we continue to demand the release of our 133 kidnapped hostages. A special thank you 🙏🏼 to the hundreds of people who came out to show solidarity.

I was unable to join the family of the late @JoeLieberman for the funeral at the Agudath Sholom Cemetery in Stamford but did pay my respects a few days later when I was in Connecticut. Once again my most sincere condolences to Hadassah and the Lieberman family.

In what can only be described as the saddest birthday possible, little Kfir Bibas abducted from his home in Israel on October the 7th, turned one last week and is still held captive. To add insult to injury all the pictures of the 136 kidnapped victims in @Harvard University (including that of his four year old brother Ariel) were defaced and desecrated to coincide with the start of the new semester. We call on the interim President of Harvard Alan M. Garber to denounce with his newly appointed presidential task forces, what happened on campus.

Little Abigail Idan who was kidnapped alone to the Gaza Strip by Hamas terrorists on October the 7th after her father Roy and mother Smadar (who in the passed worked @IsraelMFA) were killed, was released today. Abigail who turned four in captivity will be reunited with her six and nine year old brothers who were spared being taken hostage by hiding in a closet. The three are orphans but will now be together. @POTUS who was especially moved by her story mentioned her in his words today. We thank all those who were involved in saving her and getting her out of the clutches of the terrorists. Our prayers go out to the nearly 180 still kidnapped in Gaza.

Elected officials should demonstrate responsibility, restraint, and sound judgment rather than echoing Hamas fake propaganda. All indications show it was a misfired Islamic Jihad missile that hit Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza. It's time for @RepRashida and @Ilhan to retract their blood-libel tweets and offer apologies.
