You are not sorry if you tell me the same thing I was told on the phone and unwilling to look into it This will be my last rental and I will move to @Avis who doesn't steal like hertz Rest assured I will dispute this charge I urge anyone to stop renting from hertz if you dont want to be robbed

@avis You just lost a customer that spends Tens of thousands of dollars with you every year. Charging me a $125 fee because there was a little mud on the side of the car and saying the car has to be spotless when returned is ridiculous. I'm coming back @enterprise

@Hertz @Avis Why? You’re not going to do anything about it. X is full of instances where you’ve screwed people over with “reservations” at MCO and made them wait hours while you have zero cars. If this is the way you operate, President Circle clearly means nothing and I’m done with Hertz

@Avis rental U472786252 Avis customer service will drop the ball on your car rental. You can call the office extend the rental. Then they put out impound on vehicle. Looks like they need a lawsuit like Hertz!!! Stay clear!!!!

@Avis why does Avis keep charging me fuel charges when I bring my car back full. Counter person said if I don’t drive 100 miles I will get charged it unless I show a receipt. Problem is, you never have anyone available to show a receipt to. They always say leave keys in car
