The stores making the most from email in 2026 are not the best writers. They're the best at understanding their customer. You can write a technically perfect email about the wrong thing and make nothing. Write an average email about exactly what your customer needs right now and watch it convert. Customer knowledge > copywriting skill.

Klaviyo isn't magic. It's a tool. A very good one. But I've seen stores paying $300/month for Klaviyo while generating $200/month from email. The platform doesn't make you money. How you use it does. Same goes for every other ESP on the market.

@Copy_Stephen And most of them are probably obsessing over list size instead of list quality. A smaller list that actually opens, clicks, and buys will outperform a bloated one every time. Metrics like these force you to face that.

Here's what a healthy email list actually looks like: - open rate above 25% - click rate above 2% - unsubscribe rate below 0.3% per send - revenue per subscriber above $1.50/month Most stores I work with can't name a single one of these. If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.

The 3-email sequence most ecom stores skip: 1) the hero email: your best product, your best proof, no discount 2) the objection email: answer the one reason why they didn't buy last time 3) the social proof email: real customers, real numbers, real results Run this once a month to your non-buyers. You don't need to discount for more sales. You need a system.

@AnthonyGaenzle A lot of the bigger account never reply to anyone anymore. Could they not take 5 minutes out of their day and reply to 10 comments? Doesn't make sense to me.

People stop scrolling to reply to your posts. They scroll past dozens of others before stopping. The least you can do is stop and reply back. If you want to build trust and grow your personal brand, you can't skip this step.

@Corballyred Biggest take from this (aside from not playing Gakpo) was the mentality. Szobo said it in his interview after, "we were on it". And they were, right from the off. What's stopping them doing the same on Saturday? It's a mentality thing and they had it in abundance last night.

My thoughts tonight 🙌 - Brilliant perf, 1st LFC match I've enjoyed in months. -Could have been 10, 2 disallowed and penalty missed. - Stop playing Szoboszlai at RB – huge diff in midfield, he was like prime Gerrard 1st half. - Salah far from finished: now 19 G/A this season, and 1st African to 50 UEL games. - Ekitike very good, elite on the ball. - Gravenberch & MacAllister dominated midfield. - Attack way better w/o Gakpo. Why not sub Rio on before him? - Wirtz sharper than recent games. - Gala garbage, struggle to be top 12 in PL. - Not convinced on Frimpong at RB. - Anfield crowd excellent.

You have 5 seconds before someone leaves your page. That's it. If they have to scroll to understand what you're offering, you've already lost them. Put your biggest promise, clearest benefit, and strongest CTA above the fold. Simple but most get it wrong.
