@DFSCare @DFS what is happening with my delivery?! Yet more delays, with little to no communication or response! You have my money, yet fail to update or deliver!! Extremely frustrating and poor, poor service!!

@DFSCare called, 03339999777, told the delay in delivery is a ‘supplier’ issue and there is nothing that can be done!!! Good job I didn’t want my sofa for Christmas 2025!!! Although at this rate it may be delivered by Christmas 2026!!

@DFSCare A 4-week delay isn't a 'small change' when I'm feeding a 5 -month-old on the floor. The sofa is in Nottingham; the delay is now your logistics, not the 'global supply chain.

A nice person from @DFSCare called, but a heads-up: My Cork contract said ~9 wks & the tracker was earlier, but the actual lead time is 14 wks. 📉 They’re trying to get it to me sooner now, but buyer beware: Read & question your contract! 🔍🛋️ #DFS #ConsumerTips

@DFSCare @OmbudsmanTweets I didn’t realise it would be this difficult to have a conversation with the manager - either via phone or in person. I’ve been in store twice and called multiple times.

@DFSCare Absolutely horrible experience from DFS Peterborough. Manager is refusing to communicate directly when I’ve asked repeatedly due to being missold a collection from one of the sales advisors. Next steps will be to get the @OmbudsmanTweets involved.

@DFSCare Thanks for getting back to me,how will the finance company know my delivery date though?

@DFSCare purchased a sofa last weekend,delivery isn't until may,was told first payment would be the month after delivery yet the finance company (creation) say first payment is march 16th? Can you advise? Thanks

@DFSCare we purchased the extended care on our sofas and now 2 of the charging ports aren't working. What do we do now? We've had the sofa 2 and a half years
