This is a MOMENTOUS step in finally stopping the left’s use of climate lawfare to undermine and destroy American energy.
Thank you @SenTedCruz, @SenTomCotton, @SenTedBuddNC, and @SenMikeLee for taking action on this critical national security threat! 🇺🇸

REMINDER: See our full @4AmericanEnergy report below to learn more about how $39 million from foreign donors and foundations has flowed to fund much of this astroturfed opposition to AI data centers.👇

🚨 The opposition to US data center expansion is not some innocuous, spontaneous grassroots movement. Instead, it is a coordinated campaign financed in substantial part by foreign donors, operating through a network of national advocacy organizations and their local chapters. 🧵

Based on our research, we have identified 12 organizations that are actively opposing US data center development and have collectively received MILLIONS from foreign donors.
This directly undermines President Trump’s agenda to secure American dominance in artificial intelligence and rebuild the energy systems needed to power it.

As the Court made clear, companies that supported national priorities, like fueling the military in wartime, should NOT be second-guessed in state courts decades later.
This Court's decision today is a critical step toward restoring sanity in our legal system and stopping the endless wave of politically motivated lawsuits designed to punish the very industry that powers our economy and national security.

Great to be included in @MattVadum’s report for @EpochTimes on why today’s 8-0 SCOTUS decision in Chevron v. Plaquemines Parish is such a big deal for American energy. 👇

Texas is the place to be!
With its booming economy, pro-growth policies, corporate law reforms, and investments in judicial infrastructure, it's no wonder that so many major companies are choosing to make the Lone Star State home.

Read our petition to the EPA about these harmful regulations.

"One of our reasons our gas is more expensive here is because we have something called the low carbon fuel standard." — Katie Porter, candidate for CA Governor.
She said it herself. That's why we've filed a formal petition with @EPA to preempt these costly mandates — regulations that have transferred over $22 billion from consumers to alternative fuel producers in California alone, and have spread to Oregon, Washington, and New Mexico.

I sat down with energy economist and CEO of PetroNerds @TrishaJCoffee to learn about the oil and natural gas industries, the global energy market, and how the war in Iran affects gas prices at the pump.

In an 8-0 ruling, the Court ruled in Chevron v. Plaquemines Parish to vacate a previous circuit court ruling that attempted to weaponize the legal system through blatant forum-shopping.
This ruling makes clear that federal issues like a company supporting federal government priorities, like fueling the military in wartime, can’t be retroactively litigated through a state court for political advantage.

As I make clear in my op-ed in the @dcexaminer, America cannot surrender its AI edge to this playbook.
If foreign-funded activists can choke off that backbone, China won’t hesitate to build it instead. That’s not just falling behind, it’s handing over the advantage without a fight.
