@InPostUK I returned a parcel to shein on 15 sep but it hasn’t moved in the system and @SHEIN_Official don’t usually take this long to refund items? Not sure how to solve this? But I’m waiting for my refund?

@InPostUK Inpost you are a disappointment. I sent my parcel last Monday and it’s still not left the locker I put it in since then even though your advisors said it would be fixed today. I’ve recollected my item because no point it just being sat there. Need to find another postage company

@MsVespertilio @Adeline64408100 @InPostUK Yeah their service really sucks. I contacted them on the 19th and got a reply on the Saturday saying they're going to help me. Asked me to describe the parcel & contents. then no reply since. I tried replying again, but still nothing. Great help.. not!
