As the region enters a period of religious celebrations and renewal, tempers must cool and hostilities must cease, in order to give a real chance to the prospect of a negotiated and sustainable solution.

However, if at the same time that government has made enemies of the strongest military power in the world, and openly calls for the destruction of another country, don’t be surprised when they don’t just sit back and let you build the weapons of their own destruction.

I've never seen anyone as blind as Israelis. They attack wildly against all their neighbors, they occupy them, take their land, kill them in great numbers, but the whole time they're really convinced that they're the victims. And they think anyone who criticizes them hates Jews.
