2020 年在境外工作的杨玲于缅北参与一场商业会谈时，第一次见到陈志。据杨玲回忆，当时到场的几位老板都在东南亚国家经营着赌场，“全是福建人”。在她的印象中，陈志看起来约莫 1.68 米，走动时身旁随行的几位保镖更衬托出他的矮小，但陈志的眼神里始终透着“一种狠”。
起诉书指控，一名同案犯在 2022 年夏天吹嘘称，2018 年太子集团仅从"杀猪盘"骗局和相关非法活动中就日赚超过 3000 万美元，年化收入约 110 亿美元。按年计算，这几乎是柬埔寨当年 GDP 的三分之一。

@zama_fhe 之所以将同态处理单元（HPU）作为核心配置，本质是解决FHE落地的“最后一公里”—打破通用硬件对加密计算的性能桎梏，让“加密状态下计算”从实验室走向规模化商用。
FHE的算力消耗痛点具有底层必然性：加密数据以密文形式存在，其运算逻辑需突破“明文运算”的传统框架，仅加法、乘法等基础操作，就需处理远超明文的冗余数据量。
若依赖CPU或通用GPU，单条加密数据的复杂运算耗时可能达到秒级，且硬件功耗会呈指数级上升，对区块链交易、AI实时推理等场景而言完全不可用。
