It's surprising how everyone's so quiet after HC's order. The whole "responsibility" of correction of flaws was shifted on the individuals who were suffering, and the board was set free to continue its procedures without having to re-open the portal. Court says "individuals can come"? After all this turmoil, now we students are the ones who'd have to write petitions, hire advocates, and present our case in the high court spending 10-20k because the board messed up. But hearing him say that his family is stressed because he lost his job and that he doesn't know what to do next genuinely makes me sad. CBSE Class XII exam OSM marking matter | Delhi High court vacation bench refused to give any direction for reopening of revaluation portal of CBSE. The matter has been listed the matter before for roster bench in July. SG Tushar Mehta argued that the aggrieved 1.27 Lakhs students have approached through the CBSE portal. If the direction passed for reopening of revaluation portal it will affect the more than 70 lakh students who appeared in the exam as it will delay their admission process/chances in under graduate courses, the SG Mehta said. The NSUI had approached the High court through a public interest Litigation seeking direction for compensatory marks and reopening of the revaluation portal for one month.
