- Be like Madhav Seth - Launches a new brand called AI Plus. - pitch: India's first fully sovereign smartphone, data stored in India - boot screen literally reads "Your data stays safe in India" - certified for government use - CEO fires shots: "Made in India means little if software and updates come from abroad" - runs a comic strip ad showing a Chinese man stealing an Indian man's data - the CEO is Madhav Sheth - former sales director at OPPO - co-founded and ran Realme for 5 years, grew it to fourth biggest brand in India - then led Honor in India, then Alcatel - now building his own brand positioned against Chinese companies - his entire career was spent building Chinese brands - phones launch, YouTubers start reviewing - one reviewer feels something is off, tells his audience - AI Plus sends a court order - video gets taken down - reviewer legally banned from saying anything negative about the phone - so is everyone else named in the order - how they got the order through: - named "John Doe" as main defendant instead of the actual YouTuber - removes the legal requirement to notify the defendant before court - sent the court order to an email address that does not exist - AI Plus had the real email and used it two days before filing the suit - YouTuber finds out only after the case is already done - negative reviews stay down during the entire launch window - new marketing campaigns keep running while videos are offline - the suppression already worked, winning or losing the case barely matters now - Madhav Sheth gets on a call, says he made a mistake - says he acted in haste - says he is willing to take it back - blames the agencies, not the YouTubers - does not show up to court when summoned - judge sees the evidence - "we are not going to permit this, let nobody be under the impression they can pull wool over our eyes" - next hearing pushed to first week of August - videos still down - case still open

My nephew was 8months and his parents applied for a Schengen visa in 2023. He would neither have an email or phone number because he is obviously 8 months old. But @VFSGlobal wanted to charge him also for SMS charges. Parents were saying that it’s not like only he will get the visa and they won’t & if either one of them don’t - it doesn’t matter whether he gets it or not because the trip won’t happen. But who will teach logic to these corrupt & conniving folks. All this while, both the parents have paid for that SMS service. Eventually they gave in because people have to go actual jobs vs. being in front of people whose entire job is to thug you out of your hard earned money. There are many stories like this - someone who was forced to take new photos (500 for 4) while the visa came with old photos only, a family of 4 forced to buy premium if all had to submit as a group (which is complete miss selling), insurance, delivery insurance, etc. I just want to create a massive list of complaints that EU can’t ignore against these motherf**kers. I can confirm that @VFSGlobal is an organisation that forces people to choose Premium Lounge. I remember in 2022 I applied for the UK visa and VFS Global in New Delhi forced me to take lounge cause I was apparently 5 minutes late for the biometrics.

I have received legal notice from Delhi Police regarding certain posts where they have invoked SC/ST Act. The matter was taken up suo motu by National Commission for Scheduled Castes. I am sure an FIR is coming soon. Long live democracy!

This physique indeed requires proteinmaxxing and at least a couple of years in the gym. He's not very defined, but he is carrying significant muscle mass at close to 90 Kg due to weight training for a decade. Steroid bodies have created extremely unrealistic expectations for Men. This is not Dal-Chawal-Bhindi physique.
