We have seen it firsthand in D.C. and Memphis: when mayors, federal agents, and local police work together, violent offenders get arrested and citizens become safer. Why would Chicago refuse that kind of help? Because Illinois leaders hate @POTUS more than they love Chicago.
To my Democratic friends: If Obamacare is so swell, why do you have to pay people to use it? The pandemic is over. These subsidies won’t fix your broken health care exchanges.
Elected officials have a duty to peacefully lead - NOT to justify, excuse, or condone violence. Calling for “blood in the streets” and encouraging violence against ICE officers is dangerous and disgraceful. Our goodness is the secret to our greatness and we must remember that.
