@airfrance, how long does it typically take to process a refund? It’s been over a month, and I haven’t received any updates regarding my case. Could you please provide a status update?

@DHLPaket, how can you update the status that the recipient was not available at the address? Home all day. No call. No ring. Yet DHL claims ‘recipient not available.’ It's highly frustrating and disappointing to expect this from DHL. Unacceptable.
