@tannerdripjobs That’s one of the best parts of business and often overlooked. We do this with subs too. Some stay with us 7+ years now and others have gone on to grow their own business and both are great to see.

I'm a big W2 guy. Could probably make more money doing subs, but I genuinely care about building up people within my house painting company - it's super rewarding seeing them grow. These guys are awesome.

This year we’re leaning heavily into simple job-site videos thanks to some solid advice off X Most of ours take: - 60 seconds to film - 60 seconds to add captions in CapCut No crazy editing. Just document the work. They consistently get 2–3× the reach and engagement of any other format we test.

If someone could train a ClaudeBot or some AI for me to capture the Zillow/Google Maps street view photos of our customer’s closest 5 neighbors and automatically create an AI photo with lights on the house (all automated) I’d give you a large sum of money
