With this weeks Supreme Court decisions, this is the government the Founders warned us about. For nearly 20 years I’ve fought this fight. 2007: Sued Barack Obama for not being a natural born citizen. Lost. 2019: Sued Kamala Harris. Lost on standing. 2023: Sued Kamala Harris again. Lost again. I’ve studied the Founders’ debates and letters. Their intent was clear. Yesterday’s Supreme Court birthright citizenship ruling was asinine. Totally unconstitutional. Combined with their mail-in ballot decision, I’m calling it now: Republicans will never win another election. In January 2027, Democrats retake the Senate and House. Supreme Court got this one WRONG. Birthright citizenship is the dumbest loophole in American history. A baby born on U.S. soil doesn’t magically become a citizen any more than being born in a Toys “R” Us makes you a plastic action figure. Your parents cheated the system to get here? Go vote in the country you actually belong to. Only American citizens should vote in American elections. Period.
