NEW: Utah woman who wrote a book about grief after her husband died has been found guilty of murdering him.
According to prosecutors, Kouri Richins put 5x the lethal dose of the synthetic opioid into a cocktail that her husband Eric Richins drank.
Prosecutors also say Richins said she was $4.5 million in debt and thought that if she killed him, she would inherit his estate worth $4 million.
She was also seeing another man.
Richins attempted killing her husband on another occasion where she gave him a fentanyl-laced sandwich that made him black out.
Before she was arrested in 2023, Richins published the book “Are You with Me?” and promoted it on local TV and radio stations. Prosecutors say this was an attempt to cover up the murder.
Richins is scheduled to be sentenced on May 13.

Too many are too afraid to CALL THIS OUT. Hanukkah, Diwali, Vaisakhi, celebrations of all major faiths take place in Trafalgar Square but British Muslims taking part in an open Iftar, are exceptionalised. From a sitting Member of Parliament - this is beyond awful. Where are we heading?

Publicly traded companies in Britain must have, or “explain to the regulator” why they do not have:
- A minimum of 40% women on their board of directors
- A woman CEO, chairman of the board, CFO and/or Senior Independent Director
- A board member who is an ethnic minority
Why is anybody confused about why so few companies want to list here and so few promising startups scale up here?
Would you agree to put people in charge of your company on the basis of their sex or race in order to meet a diversity quota?
These rules were brought in by the Conservative Party in 2022, BTW.

He seems to use "integration" and "assimilation" as synonyms.
In my view, the former precedes the latter.
And multiculturalism did not fail because it has never existed as a social framework. What has existed is Cultural Pluralism.
CP is predicated on the existence of a dominant culture.
As such, I think successive UK Govts have been attempting to eradicated the existing culture's dominance in order to slide the UK into a multicultural one. For what purpose, I do not know.

@GoodwinMJ Matt, you can legislate integration policies and put in place robust integration programmes, but assimilation is completely beyond the reach of any legislation. It cannot be imposed; it must come from within.

Tonight on @danwootton there is a debate you should watch between @Con_Tomlinson and @Miss_Snuffy. Conner is more polite than me, though argues very forcefully himself, but the main point for me about the school she runs is it’s 98.8% non-white. Which is an abomination. It isn’t of course an abomination to be non-white. I genuinely believe every person is of the same worth as we are all made in our creators image. The reason it’s an abomination is that it epitomises the ethnic cleansing of my people. England isn’t for the people that fill her classrooms, it’s for our sons and daughters. In the same way Palestine is for Palestinians. Suddenly the left understands indigenous rights when it comes to that conflict. There wasn’t a single school in Britain that wasn’t >99% white British when my grandparents were born. In just one lifetime we’re now seeing school in our nations capital that are 98.8% non-white. That is the textbook definition of ethnic cleansing and genocide. I would rather every school in the country be failing and in special measures but they be full of England’s children than for every school in the country to be run like her school (which admittedly is a very well run school in terms of exam results) but have the classrooms full of the children of other lands. They’re killing off my people in a crime that in my view is worse than the holocaust given that 11 million babies have been aborted as part of this sinister plot. By 2200 the English could be wiped off the face of the earth and anyone arguing for anything short of a completely and total reversal of the genocidal campaign that’s been waged against us is an enemy. I’m not interested in how we cope with and adapt to a new England full of foreigners. I’m interested in restoring England to her historic and ancient people’s. It’s not personal, but it is necessary.
