I wonder if @XfinitySupport is going to come back and finish their work. I haven’t seen a work truck since last week in my development in PVB, FL. Obviously, the new equipment doesn’t fit in the old housing. You call and all you get is AI that doesn’t understand the problem. Maybe they’re leaving me to find a new a TV/Internet provider.

@tricia53102 @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Ya that’s their usual bs service. I’ve been with Xfinity/Comcast over 30 years. TV service isn’t working for 5 hours now, wasting hours on the phone. They say earliest appt for technician is in 2 days. I’m done as of today with Xfinity, will sign up with Hulu. Xfinity is FOS!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport we are now going into hour 5 of an outage. With the amount that you charge people for basic cable & and no information since 11:52 am is a disgrace. My father is 91 & has had no tv since 10 am this morning.

@XfinitySupport But actually you can’t do this because your system doesn’t save changes, you charge old amounts anyways, refuse to update our monthly charges, say you’ll open disputes, then lose all records of everything. We have screenshots to prove it, but no one actually wants to help.
