After looking a bit more at it, I think That Umbrella Guy was hit because the AI that searches for channels to demonetize them either saw the AI Art in his thumbs, or this AI tag in his intro clip. Completely unfair to TUG when you have crooks like Jeremy actually stealing from creators.

- Correct this was their original offer , they eventually moved to a replacement unit or $4,161.90 (not enough to cover a replacement at the time). This was dependent on taxing me this as income regardless if I received cash or a replacement unit and additionally required that the state of my property would not be allowed to be seen by anyone (relevant giving their conflicting reports).

In August 2025, a manufacturing defect with an NZXT Kraken AIO caused coolant to leak onto an ASUS RTX 5090 ROG Astral, ruining both the GPU and motherboard.
NZXT admitted the defect in writing, replaced the cooler for free, but only offered the owner $2,855 based on the card’s original launch price but market value for that same model exceeds $3,900.
The company kept possession of the damaged hardware, and the user has reported conflicting diagnostic information along with a refusal of independent testing.
Seven months later, the matter remains unresolved, the user is pursuing further action, including a potential lawsuit.
