@mattvanswol @spencerpratt If it went into official litigation, meaning the mayor doesn't plead guilty, she would likely recuse and assign another attorney in her office, or they can also bring in outside counsel to avoid any improper appearance. But since this is L.A. I'm guessing it will be the former.
