Animal Welfare Crisis at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan Gate. Shocking and inhumane treatment of community animals at @bitspilaniindia . 9 campus dogs, returning after being taken for sterilization (ABC), have been denied entry back to their homes. The Situation: 1. The van carrying the dogs has been held at the campus gate for over 4 hours. 2. In the rising Rajasthan heat, these animals are being subjected to unnecessary distress and risk of heatstroke. 3. Nagar Palika has rightly refused to dump them in jungles, as doing so is illegal and violates ABC rules. Under the Animal Birth Control (Rules), 2023, it is mandatory that dogs are released back into the exact same areafrom which they were picked up. Denying them entry to their original territory is a direct violation of Central Government guidelines and AWBI mandates. Leaving animals in a van for hours is not management, it is cruelty. We urge the BITS Pilani administration to prioritize ethics and the law. @jasveer10 They’d bleed money if 1 point = 1 rupee, so that model won’t survive. but a tiered point value based on spend and tenure, like Google Play Points (Bronze/Gold/Platinum with different multipliers) can work well . But most cannot implement it so they just hope users don’t notice

I seriously don’t understand who is designing these reward systems. 1000 points = 1 rupee, 100 points = 1 rupee. You think users will feel rich just because the number is bigger? Seriously? Listen, if someone needs a calculator to understand your reward, you’ve already failed. This is not smart. It makes users annoyed, not rewarded. Stop this garbage. Make it simple. 1 point = 1 rupee. Or don’t even call it points. Just say it clearly ‘You got 100.’ That’s it.

My Proposals for IPL to @BCCI. 1. Get rid of the Impact Player rule. 2. 5 teams qualify for the playoffs. Knockout: 4 vs 5 Qualifier 1: 1 vs 2 Eliminator: 3 vs Winner of Knockout Qualifier 2: Loser of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator Final: Winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 3. All matches to be broadcasted & produced in native 4K cameras not upscaled 4K or 1080p. 4. Promote Associate nations: All teams should compulsorily sign one Associate player. Allow a team to field 5 overseas players in the playing XI, provided the 5th player is from an Associate nation. 5. Decide playoff and final venues like the BBL. For ex, if MI qualifies first for the final, then the final should be held at Wankhede. 6. Enhance fan engagement: Bring back Super Sixes challenges and other entertainment elements outside matches, like halftime shows similar to the NFL during weekend matches and playoffs. 7. Introduce a mid-season transfer/ Trade window. 8. Impose heavy penalties for slow over rates. Matches should not drag endlessly. 9.
