During the attack on Russian "Iskander" missiles in Crimea, Ukrainian drones managed to penetrate a special protective shelter
The Russians stored the "Iskander" operational-tactical complexes in shelters from Soviet medium-range ballistic missiles R-5, and this was precisely the complexity of the task for the Special Operations Forces (SSO).
The deployment location was known before — the Crimeans had repeatedly observed where Russian missiles were launched from. But it was impossible to hit the "Iskanders" because they were in shelters measuring 45×27 and 25×18 meters. The thickness of the concrete in such Soviet shelters is 40–60 cm, and there was an additional layer of soil on top.
However, in the end, Ukrainian drones overcame this obstacle, according to Defense Express, thanks to the increase in combat units that began to be installed on middle strike drones.
In particular, the FP-2 with a 105-kilogram combat unit was used. At the same time, the Fire Point company announced plans to increase the combat unit to 150 kg by relocating the fuel tanks to the wing.

@TimStarkes @TobiFrenzen Do not compare him with great men from our history. These men had courage, stood fast to their values and were true gentlemen. However they could still laugh at themselves.
That is not nothing like the man who doesn't even know if he put pants on this morning.
English

@TobiFrenzen Trump takes it for what it is.
A nice goddamn bell and apart of World War 2 history.
And he already knows he’s a dickhead.
It was Dickheads who started the SAS and won the Second World War for the British.
English

@TexSun81 @TobiFrenzen If there was an HMS fuckwit, the bell would go to you.
English

@TobiFrenzen An actual bell from the British submarine HMS Trump that sank Japanese vessels during WW2…and you morons think that it was something other than a really badass gift?
If there was an HMS Fuckwit, your trophy cases would be full of memorabilia from that.
English

@CarterA8828 @TobiFrenzen Actually nothing is happening. It only happens on your social feed. I drove round England last week, beaches full of Brits, pubs full of Brits laughing, gorgeous towns and unspoiled countryside. Our enemies want you to believe Britain is in decay to distract you. It is a lie
English

@TobiFrenzen Many Americans don’t know the 🔔end insult, but I’m sure someone close to the President does and will advise him to melt that crappy bell down to nothing to symbolize what’s happening to the UK under Starmer and Charles.
English

@Karantov @Finkelbott @JamesTate121 @JohnCleese Just had a word with Zelensky. He's got a few Tigers and V2 rockets spare and is sending a few your way. We had a laugh about it over a line, then jumped in his pool filled with US dollar bills in his mansion.
Support Ukraine defending itself= holocaust denier?
You are cooked.
English

@Finkelbott @JamesTate121 @JohnCleese Really Zelensky gave multiple standing ovations to a Waffen SS officer in my bloody parliament you holocaust denier.
English

@Karantov @JamesTate121 @JohnCleese Lazy. The 'globalists', Starmer, UK police state, Britain under invasion. Brainwashed by the same repeated brain rot on social media.
'global' thinking kept us all safe for decades. Trust. Cooperation. Shared values.
All so fragile. You have lost sight and have become blind.
English

@JamesTate121 @JohnCleese He is a globalist shill for sure.
If Magna Carta is so important why are thousands of his subjects in prison for Facebook posts
English

@higgyboson Thanks for this. I noticed this recently myself when we had good weather in March and went to Brean Beach close to Weston. The England I grew up in still exists, despite what social media and radical politics funded and directed by foreign powers who wish to divide us say.

Today we drove from our home in South Devon to Dursley in Gloucestershire.
The journey took us onto the A380, M5 and the A38.
Devon, Somerset, skirting past Bristol, into Gloucestershire.
It's a journey we've done countless times over the years. It's about 110 miles.
On the way home we decided to avoid the motorway, (apart from a short section over the Avon River at Avonmouth), and took to the minor roads.
We passed many fantastic little towns and villages. We passed several cricket matches on village greens, we passed loads of pubs with families sat outside enjoying the afternoon sun.
We stopped off at the magnificent Berkeley Castle for a cup of Earl Grey in the lovely cafe set in their kitchen garden, (a latte for Mrs Higgy).
We passed vehicles that were taking part in a vintage car rally.
We saw a motorcycle group parked up at the side of the road, sitting on a grass verge having what looked like a hilarious chat.
We passed a gymkhana taking place in a field, further along the road there was a weekend motocross event being enjoyed by families who were camping in tents and camper vans. There was a bouncy castle and some food stalls, (always a great combination).
We passed beautiful churches. We passed manor houses with fantastic gardens.
We even passed someone on a horse and cart.
Nearer to home we took the coast road past busy caravan parks, amusement arcades, cafes and ice cream stands.
We passed sandy beaches and little harbours with boats bobbing in the water.
We passed joggers, groups of ramblers, dog walkers and lone cyclists struggling up hills.
We saw wonderful scenery, amazing history and amazing people doing the things that make them happy.
What a fantastic day.
THIS is England ❤️

@Justmy0pini0n5 @igorsushko I am going to walk into your house. I will have the kitchen and bathroom and one bedroom. I will have your cat too.
You can respond by not being provoking, sit down at the table and talk like adults about who gets which rooms.
Don't be a warmonger and try defending yourself.
English

@igorsushko How about we all just stop provoking it, sit down at the table and talk. War isn’t the only option. This is the option for the elites and arms companies owned by the same elites. You’re supporting a laundry service for all our money.

Here are Russia's brand new 2S43 Malva 152mm self-propelled wheeled artillery guns on the way to the front lines along with 9K512 Uragan-1M MLRS.
Actual State of the Russian military in 2026:
- 680,000 troops occupy Ukraine.
- Ground forces doubled from 2022 to nearly 600,000, despite losing 1.3 million.
- 1.3 million active duty troops (up 44% since 2022).
- 70-85 Iskander and Kinzhal ballistic missiles per month. Was 3/month in 2022.
- 120–170 cruise missiles per month.
- Shells/munitions production: 7 million artillery, mortar, tank/IFV, and MLRS rounds in 2025 (17× pre-invasion 2021 level of 400,000).
- 7 million FPV drones/year.
- 150,000 strike drones/year, boosting to 360,000/year. That's Shaheds, etc.
- 21,000 armored vehicles (tanks + IFVs + APCs/ACVs) in active inventory, exceeding pre-2022 levels. Despite ~16,000 losses since Feb 2022.
STOP SAYING THAT RUSSIA DOESN'T HAVE THE MILITARY TO WAGE WAR BEYOND UKRAINE.
EUROPE MUST MOBILIZE FOR WAR IF IT HOPES TO PREVENT A LARGER WAR.

Your body does its most critical repair work between 10 PM and 2 AM... but only if you're in deep sleep during that window.
- Growth hormone peaks.
- Cellular repair accelerates.
- The glymphatic system flushes metabolic waste from your brain.
Miss that window consistently and no amount of morning optimization will compensate.
Be in bed by 10 PM at least 5 nights a week.
English

@OneDollarTwenty @kajakallas I am sure many EU citizens would willingly agree to funds being allocated to Ukraine as they are currently protecting the rest of the continent from aggression. Extra money is worth nothing without security.
English

@kajakallas Why do you give 90 billion to Ukraine and not to EU citizens?
You are a globalist and zionist stooge in disguise.
English

Deadlock over. The EU just cleared the way for the €90-billion-loan for Ukraine and the 20th sanctions package.
Russia’s war economy is under growing strain, while Ukraine is getting a major boost.
We will provide Ukraine what it needs to hold its ground, until Putin understands his war leads nowhere.
English

@unhappynow @anna_p_neumann @JohnCleese Such a nonsense. So a person is only entitled to the opinion that Ukraine has a right to defend itself from an invader if they have signed up to the legion and crossed the polish border to give up their life. This is crazy logic.
Only Russia is pushing for war.
English

@anna_p_neumann @JohnCleese Let’s make sure those pushing for war with Russia are the ones going to the front lines. From the leader of the country to the unemployed.
English

🚨 THIS IS HUGE! Orbán’s blockade is over, Péter Magyar backs €90bn in EU aid for Ukraine.
Magyar just announced that Hungary will no longer block the EU’s €90 billion support package for Ukraine, signaling a clear return to the European line.
At the same time, Budapest will focus on unlocking €17 billion in frozen EU funds instead of taking on new debt.
Finally Europe can work again! 🇪🇺

English

@ArbitraryPhilos @anna_p_neumann I mean Russia could just leave Ukraine and prevent the need for any of this
English

@anna_p_neumann Amazing. Tens, maybe hundreds of thousands will die thanks to this amazing move. Not entirely in vain, since it will consolidate power in Brussels and make many rich(er) in Ukraine and in weapons companies
English

@sashafrp @AdamJSchwarz The only thing the Russians can evaporate is their own infantry and the minds and common sense of fools like you.
English

@AdamJSchwarz Preparing Hungary to go to war with Russia. Well, Russians will evaporate Hungary too.

@RoaredThat @tnmc @IAPonomarenko This approach worked really poorly in the US. We forget that the world largely completely forgot about Trump 2 years into Biden's term, he was bought back into public consciousness after becoming irrelevant, by the Democrats attempts to have him convicted.
English

@tnmc @IAPonomarenko If he makes a deal with Orban to avoid prosecuting him, he will deserve it if Orban comes back to haunt him in four years. Take him out now by prosecuting him and the rest of his criminal enterprise.

Number 8: Excessive artificial blue light/not enough full-spectrum sunlight.
Melatonin for example directly scavenges free radicals (ROS) and boosts mitochondrial antioxidants that protect mitochondrial DNA, proteins, and membranes from oxidative damage.
Blue light (especially high-energy short wavelengths ~420–450 nm) is absorbed by mitochondrial chromophores:
Flavins (in flavoproteins) and porphyrins/heme (in cytochromes of the ETC).
This excites electrons → leads to electron leakage from the ETC → generates ROS (superoxide, hydroxyl radicals, singlet oxygen).
Then, red/near-infrared (NIR, ~660–1000 nm) is utilized by cytochrome c oxidase.
English

If you enhance your mitochondrial function, your health will most likely improve.
After all, mitochondrial dysfunction is implicated in a host of health conditions ranging from chronic fatigue, low testosterone, depression, bipolar disorders and neurodegenerative diseases all the way to cardiovascular issues, diabetes and even sleep apnea.
Here's how to power up your cells for better health.

@Adunbarin__ @ZelenskyyUa The war is in its fifth year. The russian air force is superior on paper in terms of number and modernisation of aircraft but this has not translated to air superiority in theatre, hence why Ukraine still have a functioning and growing air force, and why the frontline is frozen
English

@ZelenskyyUa For Putin to lose 300k to 1m, Ukraine might lose up to 3m cos of Russia's air superiority, this war should end with diplomacy.
English

I think that Putin understands he can't fully occupy Ukraine. It’s just that sometimes he shares messages with our partners that are not what he truly thinks.
He suffers tremendous losses and doesn't have enough well-trained people on the battlefield. He is trying to find an off-ramp that looks like a victory. That's why he is trying to push us out of Donbas via diplomacy, through dialogue with the United States.
Because to fully occupy Donbas he would need to sacrifice between 300,000 and 1 million people, depending on how many years they would plan the operation for. This is a huge price to pay even for Putin.
From an interview on The Rest Is Politics podcast (2/5).
English

@hmsmotapa @hotiiofficial I like the idea of this but one issue I can see..whichever order day you do this in you are going to run into recovery issues .Eg back and tri's on workout 2 the tri's are already caned from yesterday's chest workout, biceps still recovering from yesterday's back day etc
English

@hotiiofficial Makes sense, I think most people would see vastly better results switching from push day, pull day, legs to Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, Legs/Shoulders. This is because it allows Buceps, Triceps and Delts to be worked without pre exhaustion
English

@questmoosa 15g of glycine a day is just wild unnecessary doses. That's like 5 heaped piles of sugar. You would get through a bag that could last months in days.
English

If you have never grown a beard and would like to, it would be a smart idea to live a life-style that supports high levels of testosterone and DHT:
-Testosterone (T) is proven to stimulate the growth of new facial hair and maintain its thickness
-Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is proven to increase the density of the facial hair, as well as contribute to the linear growth of the beard
Some beard boosting lifehacks:
-Sleep - 8 hours of good sleep in a completely dark, slightly chilly room will work wonders for your hormonal health and beard growth.
-Sex - Doing it, anticipating it, even thinking about it, are well-known to raise testosterone, dopamine, and DHT levels in blood and tissues.
-Calories - You do want to eat enough, even if your goal is to lose weight. If you cut your caloric intake too drastically, your hormonal health will go down the drain.
-Red Light Therapy - when pointed at the area of the chin, cheeks, and upper lip for say 10-30 minutes per day, you would effectively stimulate cellular energy production (ATP) in the beard follicles - use a range of 600-680nm of red light
-Vitamin D - Supplementation with vitamin D has been shown to raise testosterone levels by upwards of 25% in men
