Hey @EE currently having issues with my internet. It keeps flashing orange endlessly and when I go to reset it, it goes green for 5 seconds then a click noise can be heard then it goes back to flashing orange again.

Thanks, Rob. We have processes in place to help reduce scam calls. If you click on the link in the previous post, there are multiple hints and tips to reduce scam calls. Including how to add your number to the TPS website. You can also report the number that called you, which helps us get them blocked from our network. We understand how frustrating scam calls can be and can offer a change of number if required. If you would like to discuss this, please give us a call on 150, and we will be happy to help.

I’ve done what I can, but it’s not me they are pretending to be to scam customers. I may well leave and get a new number as I get waaayyyyyy toooooo many of these calls every single day! Shame you can’t /won’t do anything to stop these. So time for a change. BUT I will call or make the swap on my own. (Never to a cold caller that’s for sure!)

@EE people are making phone calls pretending to be you, saying some sims are being deactivated and need replacing… told them to “Go Away”. She was apparently called “Rose” but the accent suggested otherwise lol Rang me using this number 0121 838 3685 #scammers #scum

@EE I signed up to EE Mobile Broadband in 2024 but have never been given an account number. Is there someone I can talk to get this info without having to ring up? I have the mobile number associated with the SIM card etc

Good afternoon, Jason. I can understand why this would raise questions, especially if you've always had a 5G service up until now. Please have a look at our Network Checker (ee.co.uk/help/mobile-co…) for any known issues, but if nothing is showing, you can report it here. Alternatively, you can give our Technical team a call on 0800 956 6000, as they'll be able to check the masts around you to see if there is any work going on which could be causing this to stop working.

@StephanieAVFC That's strange that it's not working in any of those places. I'd recommend connecting to our online chat team via the app. They can access your account and take a closer look at what's stopping that from working.

Hey @EE can you refund the money you took from me after I had already paid the invoice? You said you wouldn't collect direct debits if already paid and then you took the money anyway. Also please tell me if I cancel my direct debit does it cancel my plan? As I would much rather you didn't have the ability to do this again.
