@AmazonHelp 12 days, over 10 customer services advisors and a “manager”, multiple lies and false promises and still no response to my issues! Oh and my order has still not arrived! Customer service at its worst!

@AmazonHelp Received it, same old questions from Amazon customer services but just from a different representative. It’s getting very annoying now that no one is taking this seriously and it’s just pass the buck at Amazon

@AmazonHelp Another day passes by and still no response to any of my numerous emails. I’m unsure why this is so complicated for the Amazon customer service team? Do I need to escalate this further?
