Used to work for @EE but my god, they are so bad now. Raised a complaint, and they tried to throw £30 compensation at me because “they couldn’t find the call to listen to”- no surprise. @Ofcom please can you support with this?

Trying to complain to @virginmedia is like pulling teeth. They are completely useless. No-one understands a word of English, and anything apart from sales results in the worst customer service I've ever received. Avoid like the plague. @cedrsays @Ofcom

@skytv has to be the most inefficient company I have ever known. They do not care about their customers. Cold calls with no one on the end from retentions despite removing marketing. No easy route for complaints. I think the @ICOnews and @Ofcom need to have a serious look at them

@O2 cut off my kid's phone. "You owe us £0." Nearly 2 weeks (10 hours) later, after telling me my account is not in arrears, they can only put her on if I agree to payment plan. This affects my credit rating. I still owe them...£0 but they now owe me for lost service. @Ofcom

@bt_uk @ofcom we raised the complaint in november, and sent a claim form in mid january. we got a reply in march fobbing us off. all we want is for our driveto match like it did before they dug it up without permission, they are your subcontractor, that is why i am now coming to you!

@lebara It’s unacceptable that I’ve had no calling capability at my home for a full week. Calls work normally as soon as I move 500m away. Multiple support calls, zero resolution. I need this escalated to you. If this continues, I’ll be forced to switch providers. @Ofcom

I ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?

I use @ThreeUK and it used to be great, now I barely get 1 bar, calls drop out and basically its rubbish. So I called @ThreeUK and they told there has been a fault in my area for a long time, and they have no intention of fixing it!! 1/
