@NHMPofficial At around 9.30-45 between M1 junction 11 & 12, smart motorway changed from reduced to national speed limit 3 cars flashed in a row but driving within national speed limit. Must be in error. Lucky to be passenger behind and able to slow down to 50 and not be flashed.

@RoryNicklin He loves working there, says they aren't worked too hard, get to play their own music and have a laugh and there are real progression opportunities. This is a guy who usually wants out after a month in a job. They're also doing weekly Covid tests atm.

@RoryNicklin Maybe they've put changes in place since. I was shocked when I spoke to my friend who works in the fulfilment centre, where you would think conditions were the worse. He's 28 and has never held a job down.

@AlasdairGold I want to a friendly against Forest (local to me) as a kid and Paul Robinson took some practice shots against whoever our other GK was at the time. One of them hit this poor kid straight in the face and literally knocked him clean out 😂

Means absolutely nothing, but in the warm-up Lucas Moura has scored with every shot, Kane only a couple, Ndombele almost broke a seat on two occasions with skied efforts, Son sent one even higher (but scored most of the rest). Hopefully getting the misses out of their system.

A great piece by our Champion David on how Dale Carnegie's delivery to CodeAtt students will facilitate personal transformation. Having read DC's 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' whilst in prison, I can't stress enough the need to teach these principles to prisoners.

Thanks to @PRiseboro I was able to start work at Metro Bank one week after being released from prison. We'd be silly not to be working with Paul to get more great outcomes for prison leavers. #AchieveThroughTech #champions
