@StfuSoftball @ATTHelp Saw an AT&T tech working near my place today asked if he was working on the outage. The construction crew at the new apartments going up by oak hammock park cut the fiber line in multiple places. He has gotten some fixed but keeps running into more, said he’s hopeful for tomorrow

Hey @ATT Internet what's up with the outage in my area. People work from home now and it's been down since Thursday. Not sure how that's acceptable

@StfuSoftball @ATTHelp I’ll save you the time and worry of dealing with @ATTHelp. There is a PON down in the area, no estimate of when it will be fixed. They have their “best” engineers working to correct it and they sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
