My holdings on Upstream. Restricted for 2+ yrs. In place we get 3 $GNS shares for 1 $ERLR share (less then half the value). Was this voted on? By who? Is this a breach of fiduciary duties? It’s sure not in this shareholders best interest @rogerhamilton

@Caddy519 @rogerhamilton Shares at the end of Aug 23 were around $2. Then Roger RS 10 to 1 Cost basis for shares qualifying for ERLR became more or less $20. Not exactly making out on this 2 yr overdue dividend. Just saying

@rogerhamilton The 6:1 $ERLR shares we got said $2.75 on Upstream. Replaced 1:3 with $GNS ($0.40/share value at the time) with a 6 month restriction. Tell me you don’t plan to R/S in that time and dilute again leaving investors with nothing but another sob story
