@optimum why do your sales people mis-sell an over-priced mobile plan to people in their 90s that don't know the difference, and refuse to cancel when they call up, and then don't refund the money you took from them.

He figured they would never call. Months later they did. He was a perfect match for a 10-year-old girl with a disease so rare only 15 other children in the world had it. NO - I am saying is poster, who keeps pumping out very similar posts, has implied that this devolution into selecting leaders based on DEI, is somehow the proximate cause for this gigantic sewage spill.
While they need to be accountable for cleanup - the root cause goes back to 2011-12 when the risk/need was first identified, and then nothing was done to place the repairs and replacement on a fast-track basis -i.e. in the hands of a competent engineering-pipeline construction firm.

After 2 years purging white staff to meet diversity goals, DC Water Manager David Gadis celebrated that there he had ousted every experienced white executive based on the color of their skin.
