Trump threw a temper tantrum yesterday and demanded Republicans’ voter suppression bill be part of any deal to pay TSA workers. This was an outrageous demand from the start, and it wasted a day of negotiations. Democrats knew it. Republicans knew it. A day may not seem like a lot to Trump, but that’s another day of TSA workers waiting for checks, another day of travelers standing for hours at a time at security, and another day of chaos at our airports.
