You could do as much damage coming down at a 45 degree angle. Cruise missiles avoiding radar fly those patterns, though.

Pro-tip to NM Gov and all applauding her. You can't "suspend" the 2nd Amendment or any other provisions of the Bill of Rights. They are "negative rights" -- they are prohibitions on Gov't action. "The right of the people shall not be infringed." The "right" does no emanate from Govt. It pre-existed Govt. You are not "suspending" anything that was conveyed previously. You can affirmatively choose to VIOLATE them -- which your order does. Your order directs law enforcement to violate the U.S. Constitution. Every NM law enforcement officer with the lawful authority to enforce the law -- you will not be doing so. Precisely the opposite.
