@Tesco Thanks for your reply but if you try to print the email it is a 10 page document! I don’t want to go to my nearest store, it’s 20 miles away, that’s why I have it delivered. Surely something can be done - I am also a bookkeeper and this is a a bookkeeper’s nightmare!

@BeckCottageDeb Good afternoon If you need a VAT receipt for business purposes, you can obtain this from the Customer Service desk at your local Tesco Extra store. You should also be able to print off a copy of your delivery documents, just it won't be in PDF format. TY Iain
