@officialtavr Hell yes, it would immediately propel the game to a different echelon of VR gaming. That's all this game is missing

@XREALGames Got to be honest, the visuals don't look great in this one. Standalone has dropped standards a lot. Looks very similar to the interiors in ZC2, which are basic. Physics look good 👍

We're making sure physics feel just right, but not overly punishing in COVR, our tactical shooter. Also look at those visuals 🤩

@Flat2VR @Vrified_Games @GAMERTAGVR I need to know if it’s worth it without the wheel and pedal set up? I just have a headset and would love to get into racing games but I feel like the immersion might be lost without the actual racing set up

Flatout VR Is Out Now! Our very first Flat2VR Spark game is live and on sale! Even in EA, @GAMERTAGVR and others have called it their Game of the Year candidate. LOTS of love has been poured out in this game already, adding a ton of features like DLSS, full steering wheel support, motion controls, updated graphics, updated engine, updated literally everything. Working with legendary modder Mutar was a blast and really shows what we can do with a lot of passion and the source code to games. If this does well, we really hope it opens the door to doing a ton more amazing games officially, giving them proper VR support. Please help support us by grabbing a copy and let us know if you have any feedback (trying to test every steering wheel we can right now, so definitely let us know if you have any feedback!) Thanks everyone! Hope to see you out in a race!! ❤

Alright, got my recording situation fixed, here’s a bit of gameplay for #ExoShock Playing on #PCVR with #PSVR2 🤘
Andrew Ehrenreich@AndrewEhrenrei1

Y’all… @ExoshockVR is fun as hell. I’ve been having issues getting clips to save on steam, so all I have are screen shots. Hopefully I can fix it an upload some actual footage, but damn, this is awesome 🤘 Bet this’ll go hard on #PSVR2 with added haptics and adaptive triggers.

@futureVrking To be honest I'm not, there has not been a game that's felt like home for me. I think gunman contracts may be that because blood and truth has been my favourite experience so far. I just want to have fun, roboquest and hellsweeper are both great games.

Here’s a question for VR players: what is that one VR game that you are the best of the best at? I’ll go first-Hellsweeper VR. I’m untouchable in that game, hardest difficulty mastered, platinum trophy achieved. I’m so locked in I can’t even find my way back out.

@AndrewEhrenrei1 Right now, I'm running the game on an RTX 5080 (at ultra settings), but I'm sure it's playable on older setups too. And in case of problems - there is also a mod for Far Cry 4 that should work even better (I'm going to check it soon) :)

@FlareToga @Ben_Masnieres @IconikHybrid Coming as a VR newcomer, it may feel that way. As a VR gamer it's an annoyance and not in a good way. We already have it in other games and we all turn it off, that's not a selling point, it's something to avoid doing. See the pattern and recognise what's enjoyable for players

@Ben_Masnieres @IconikHybrid Most games have a vignette, which is helpful for motion sickness. That's great as an option for those who need it. However the hood feels like a forced vignette that is intrusive and blocks our view, players don't like it and it's a known unlikeable experience in VR.

@ChrisWColman @IconikHybrid Thank you Chris for your feedback 🙂 Out of curiosity: can you explain me a bit more why you consider having the hood a problem since we are playing a girl wearing a hood? 🙂

@QuestWithMatt I play 99% sitting with smooth turning and I play a lot. Then there's players who stand but don't want to physically turn, I reckon this makes up about 50% of the player base. So the forced vingnette and no smooth turn is a monumental mess up

I haven't played much yet, but from what little I've seen, I really like it. I'm quite surprised by this "controversy" about the lack of smooth rotation. So yes, having a choice is always better. Personally, I never play with smooth rotation. Because 95% of my VR playtime is spent standing up, and it's useless to me. Are these people who only play sitting ? Cable ? Other ? As for the criticism regarding the hoodie, I'm quite surprised myself. It might be a bit big, but its presence doesn't bother me, and it's an artistic choice that reminds us who we are and perhaps also serves to emphasize the feeling of fear/the fact that we are small, fragile, oppressed beings. 🤔

LITTLE NIGHTMARE VR ALTERED ECHOES is now available on @Steam , @MetaQuestVR and @PlayStation. We hope the @LittleNights community, as well as all Virtual Reality players, will enjoy this experience. Have fun and… shiver with fear! @BandaiNamcoFR @BandaiNamcoEU

@LittleNights How can you release the game without smooth turning and a forced vignette? That's truly amateur! You need to correct it immediately, I would be embarrassed if I was part of the little nightmares brand. Takes 5 minutes of research to understand this is a basic VR feature

Pull your hood up, little one. It's time to face your childhood fears eye to eye. Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes is out now on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, and Steam VR. bnent.eu/Altered-Echoes

@bozoid I find sitting really immersive, VR perspective is enough. I don't need to stand to feel like I am, the only games where I really want to are boxing games. I'm not knocking standing for others but smooth turning is such a basic VR feature,no game should ever ship without it.

Little Nightmares is out and supposedly VR fanboys are complaining it has no "smooth turn" bro, there's no smoother turn than your own while standing

@bozoid When I've stood all day teaching sport, sitting down feels much nicer. I actually really dislike standing, besides feeling tired I find it annoying rather than immersive. If I had a haptic vest and a treadmill I may find some enthusiasm!
