@CoachDanGo Decision fatigue is real, and for somebody trying to lose weight can be make or break. I eat the same lunch and breakfast everyday. Dinner is the only thing that’s different and that’s planned on Saturday night the week before.

Eating the same meals every day is a low key weight loss hack.

@TimelessTrvlr I had an Old Testament professor in college that would give tours of Jerusalem every year. I never got to go on one of his trips, but the stories he was able to tell, and the context he was able to provide was amazing.

Jesus died in Jerusalem. They buried Him just outside the city. By the third day, the stone was rolled away….and the tomb was empty.

Being able to do 50+ push-ups in a row is a bigger status symbol than driving an expensive car.

@TimelessTrvlr It always amazes me to see biblical locations that are still standing. Jesus’s capture taking place in this beautiful location should be taken as a sign. Even when all seems lost and everything is falling apart, everything will be alright because good already conquered evil.

The Garden of Gethsemane is where Jesus prayed alone in the dark, knowing what was coming.....and chose to face it anyway.
