@solenebfg_ @etihad @EtihadHelp I’ve spoken to them and they’ve not corrected the error and have been offered 4 days later to fly. But I think if you don’t chase them they wouldn’t fix it themselves. Decided to apply for the refund and fly home a different route. Good luck!

@amolemeno23 @etihad @EtihadHelp Etihad Air, is worst airline with poorest customer service. It is only one -way communication, no replies to chat, email, Phone calls etc. Staff is complacent and I am going to complaint to regulatory authorities. They cancelled my ticket without notification with no recourse.
