@Topgolf had a disappointing experience several weeks ago and sent in feedback through website. After I followed up, diverted to local facility, they never contacted me, I called them and left a message and they still haven't contacted me.#poorcustomerservice #billtransparancy

@srobinson1916 @flynorse Hi @srobinson1916 ... I would say they replied fairly quickly when I said that they owed me money since they canceled my flights. But my other question about providing some help given cancellation made me spend thousands of dollars extra was never acknowledged or replied to.

@flynorse You're a lack of reply to my email and to this post confirms my dissatisfaction. You replied to my email saying you did not fully refund me only after I pointed out that you shorted me $600 initial refund. Your flight cancellations have cost me an extra $3,000!

@flynorse was planning an extended family trip to Europe, took leap of faith with your new service out of Boston, booked in July.. received notice of canceled flights just yesterday with no options. Other airlines double the cost now. Now what! #flightdisruption #financialimpact

@Gap #help I know you have reduced staff but I am trying to resolve a package not showing up as of a week ago with no updated info. I've called 3 times and have been on hold for half hour and also tried an email but you aren't responding to emails. I've been charged but no merch
