
What's going on with the support system these days?
Been trying to escalate an issue where i can't even open the credit card application after being taken off the waitlist for over two weeks and every single support ticket says they will follow up with an email but haven't heard anything since.
Is there anyone I can get in direct contact with to take a look at my ticket?
