I know exactly what you’re talking about. Exactly. I went through one of my self tests last night. There’s a lot of good things that are happening out there. If you want to stay in a good state of mind, I would focus on those. There’s always gonna be something that pisses you off or that you don’t like in fact there’s a world full of those things. Just got on the bus and saw an uncle with a guide dog being scolded. Other passengers were really kind and stepped in to help him. Then the little dog got really scared and tucked its tail 😞 It made me feel so upset.
