@optus_help we are trying to connect since 2 days. Can’t get through to customer service so complaining here. Bought a new eSIM for international student. Cant activate as still waiting for QR code email. Cant chat on app either it throws her out. Help!!!!

@auspost I do acknowledge you opened my case straight away. Problem is no actions taken whatsoever after that ! .It was suppose to be delivered on 7th oct. “express post”. Now please help me locate or declare it lost so I can get a refund or replacement
