It gives me great comfort to know that this is what they’ve been reduced to. This is what’s left. This is republicanism in the UK. We won bigger than I originally thought we did.

I’ve spent a lot of time recently in Northern Ireland, and the patriotism here is something else. Watching the bands today of the apprentice boys in Ballymoney was incredibly moving, every beat of the drum carried pride, passion, and a deep sense of loyalty. Loyalty to their culture, their heritage, their history, and to this great land. You can feel it in the atmosphere, in the people, in the way they stand and represent who they are. It makes you think… England could learn a lot from the men and women of Ulster.

Weeks after Gerry Adams denied on oath that he was a member of the IRA, declassified intelligence discovered by the Belfast Telegraph says that in 1996 he was on the IRA Army Council – and then was re-elected to that post. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/politics/…

@SageDespatches Aah, but his deceased mate said it was okay to Lie, Deceive & Deny, and after all, Adams can't break the Sinn Fein/IRA code - and inflict pain on himself - by telling the truth.

The Falls Road in Belfast earlier today, where a masked IRSP colour party marched to Milltown Cemetery to take part in a wreath laying. It comes as several Easter commemorations took place in the west of the city. @BelTel

@advancesarah And not a Catholic to be seen at any of the parades, Sarah. Don’t forget that bit. It’s what makes it all so special.

Sinn Fein need to read the Belfast Agreement again; our government is under no obligation to do anything of the sort at the behest of their repetitive demands. Growing our economy, improving public services & addressing cost of living challenges are what we need to be focused on.

@Reunify32 @3000Versts You're not indigenous Irish, No Common Sense. And you probably have never had to struggle -nor anyone like you - in your pathetic life. Your whole terrorist supporting life consists of trolling on social media making racist, sectarian & bigoted bullshit comments. 🤡 One for you..
