The plot against Donald Trump was hatched in England by the CIA and elements of British intelligence. It was executed by John Brennan and Gina Haspel who was the head of the CIA London Station at the time. This offshore scheme was structured in this way in an attempt to give Obama and his cronies the “implausible deniability”.
