@Interrail Hello, it’s not clear at all where that has been added. Certainly not appeared as an option for me to select or decline, and no explanation on screen for it. I have screenshot which I could share via DM.

@SharpStu Hi Stuart, it looks like the extra amount may be from the optional refund protection being added to the total. If you didn’t mean to include it and the price still seems off, please contact our Customer Support so they can check your cart and clarify the charges before purchase!

@Interrail I am trying to purchase two 5 day Global Plus passes (for 2 adults) and the total price is showing as £16greater than the cost of the two passes, why? There are no booking fees and no explanation.

@TfL Hi, the welcome email arrived this morning shortly after my tweet. Vehicle added and my first Ulez charge paid. Process isn’t as slick as the TfL Go app which I use a lot when travelling in London. Also adding Apple Pay would make it much easier to pay. All sorted now, thanks.

@TfL I created an account on your Ulez system yesterday evening to pay for today’s rare incursion into the zone. But how do I log in? I have verified my email but have not received an account or customer ID?

Not sure I would trust any of the booking.com accounts on here. Have been contacted by Fraudsters pretending to be them. Eventually rumbled. Refund (actually a payment to them) blocked, card blocked and reported to my bank. Probably will never book with BC again now.

Can @bookingcom #help? Have booking with @hotelindigo tried to cancel via booking.com app. Initially declined. Spoke to hotel & they agreed full refund but need request via booking.com. But booking.com app just pushes me back to contact hotel.

@CrossCountryUK It’s not about compensation for me! As always you jump straight to the get out of jail ticket. Just start delivering the appropriate level of service! Four carriages is an absolute joke. Train mgr said only 12 not booked around Chelt Spa.

@SharpStu If you didn't have a seat reservation, no compensation would be due as seats aren't guaranteed with the ticket alone as per National Rail Conditions of Travel. ^SR

Yet again the @CrossCountryUK train 06:24 Exeter to Edinburgh has people standing from Taunton. Packed again now at Birmingham. Time they put on more than 4 carriages. Absolute joke for all users. #trains #overcrowding #CustomerService

It’s about time councils stop blocking house building applications, that landlords cannot uplift rents beyond CPI, homebuilders are held to account, and veterans are better helped after their service. Sod the drop in equity; build a million homes a year and create jobs!

Current & previous @Conservatives & @labour govts have overseen this. Councils are misguided & ineffective. Housebuilders are only profit driven. What are you @mtpennycook doing to resolve this? @Shelter @crisis_uk etc can only do so much. Or are we now turning a blind eye?

Tottenham Court Road, Tues 15 Oct 2024. Tents galore. I grew up in London. There was always a someone homeless, but the situation had steadily got worse. But last night I must have seen 30+ tents between TCR and Warren St tube stations.

@Screwfix as a regular customer at a no. of your branches - first in Herts, then Worcs & now in Devon - I now have to visit the new store in Paris St, Exeter! Also went to the Dereham Norfolk store this year too. So wondering is there a challenge to visit all stores?! #SFGoldCard

@EE Thank you EE for that info. Broadband download is 60+ Mbps and router close to TV. As long as my retired mum can get those two channels back - which she used to watch on Freeview prior to moving - she will be happy to add on the basic TV package.

Question re @FreeviewTV channels. My mum has aerial freeview & since home move cannot get ch13 Quest or ch21 5USA. Retune didn’t resolve. If she were to get @EE TV (is a EE b/band customer) would this resolve this specific issue? Aerial cannot be changed. Thank you.

Is it true that the @ECB_cricket have decided to only award tier 2 women’s cricket to the 1st class counties, despite some minor counties have strong cases? Smacks of elitism & looking after the privileged few. I wonder how this fits with @Sport_England’s Tacking Inequality aims!
